The material, images, sounds, text, information and communications that you submit to our website for whatever purposes will grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to reproduce, translate, distribute and publish in for existing or future commercial purposes.

The communications and material you submit to our website will be handled in a non-confidential and non-proprietary manner and you also grant us the right to sub-license these rights and the right to bring any actions for infringement on of these rights.

You must not submit any illegal or unlawful content and must not infringe on any third party’s legal rights.

LIABILITY

To the extent allowed by the law, V4PE shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in the following circumstances:

• For losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made.
• For losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of V4PE or their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non consumers.

INDEMNITY

You hereby indemnify V4PE and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRODUCT USE

You hereby take full responsibility for the use of your V4PE product. The V4PE E-Liquids may contain nicotine, propylene glycol, flavouring, and other safe flavouring ingredients. Propylene glycol is a water based ingredient found in many health products and medicines. You should consult a doctor before using any vaping product. The effects of nicotine are stimulation, a feeling of relaxation, calmness, and alertness. These effects can last from minutes to hours, and nicotine is considered habit forming and addictive. The carcinogenic properties of nicotine in a standalone form, separated from tobacco smoke, have not yet been evaluated by the International Agency for Research on Cancer/IARC.

V4PE is not responsible for any harm, loss, or allergic reaction that maybe be caused by your use of the products sold on our website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When ordering from V4PE you are responsible for all customs, duties/taxes and assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: V4PE only offer a warranty on faulty products. We offer no warranty in the event that you do not like a product you choose.

Please check all goods when you receive them as the warranty will run from the date of your receipt.

You will have 14 days from the date of receipt to cancel your order. You can return the order to us unopened and in its original condition to receive a full refund (customer to pay shipping costs).

The following procedure must be followed in order to carry out a warranty claim: email info@v4pe.co.uk informing us of the Order ID (or your full name) and a reference to the item in question. A copy of the returns form will then be sent out to you. Please note that failure to fill out the returns form can result in a delay in processing any warranty claims. Once the goods are received, V4PE will test and inform you of the findings. If the goods are found to be faulty then we will immediately ship out replacement items or issue a refund. Please allow 5 working days for accurate testing and a response.

NICOTINE WARNING

Some of our products contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive substance and can be fatal if consumed incorrectly. None of our products are suitable for anyone under the age of 18, or for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
