Shipping with Royal Mail

Here at Somerset Vape Co, we ship all of our customer’s orders through Royal Mail and we hope it can be delivered next day, provided your order is placed before 3pm. Although we try to get your order to you as soon as possible, we ask that you give 7 days from the date of your order before we start to look into why you have not recieved your parcel. Once your order has been completed you will be sent a confirmation e-mail to say that we have completed, packaged and shipped (depending on the time of day for the order) your parcel.
